Replica Sabers operates from a workshop in Caistor, Lincolnshire. Every saber is inspected, powered-on and tested here through a 14-point check before it ships, and any sound-font setup is done before dispatch. Your warranty, repairs and support are all handled in the UK — not routed to an overseas queue.
What Happens Before Your Saber Ships
I want to be straight about how this works, because a lot of shops in this space aren't. I'm not a mass factory, and I don't pretend to be. What I am is the person who makes sure the saber that reaches you is right — and who's here in the UK when you need anything afterwards. Here's the actual process every order goes through.

Inspection
Every hilt is checked over on arrival — finish, threading, fit and general build quality. Anything that isn't right doesn't go out.

Power-On & Testing
Each saber is switched on and run through its functions: ignition, sound, motion response, flash-on-clash and battery. This is the 14-point check — no saber ships without passing it.

Configuration
Where a saber supports it, I'll set up and tune the sound fonts and settings so it arrives ready to use, rather than as a puzzle to solve.

UK Support, For Life of the Warranty
If anything goes wrong, it comes back to Caistor and I sort it — under the 12-month warranty. A real person who knows the product, not an overseas ticket queue.
The 14-point check is real, and it predates the shop. It's simply how I've always worked — ignition, sound, motion, clash sensitivity, battery cycle, blade seating, threading, finish and the rest. If a saber fails any point, it goes back before it goes out.

Our 14-Point Quality Check
A premium saber should be backed by genuine checks, not just dropped in a box and posted. Every saber supplied through Replica Sabers is inspected and prepared with a focus on performance, presentation and reliability.
That covers electronics verification, soundboard functionality, lighting performance, battery reliability and overall build quality. If something is off, it goes back before it goes out. The goal is simple: a saber that works from the first ignition, and keeps working.
Repairs & Support
We offer full lightsaber support and repairs in the UK. If your saber develops a fault, it comes back to Caistor — not to a factory overseas that stops replying — and it's covered under the 12-month warranty.
