Take up the saber of a survivor. Our Cal Kestis lightsabers recreate his adaptable split-saber design, machined from aircraft-grade aluminium and assembled in our Lincolnshire workshop. Free UK delivery, no import fees, 12-month warranty.
Cal Kestis carries a blue-bladed lightsaber that splits into two. It can be wielded as a single saber, a double-bladed staff, or a dual-wield pair — the adaptability is the whole point of the design. We build it in 2 configurations: the Survivor era V3, and the weathered crossguard V4.
2 builds available — each assembled and put through a 14-point quality check before dispatch.

Cal Kestis is the hero of Jedi: Fallen Order and Jedi: Survivor — a Padawan who survived Order 66 and rebuilt his life on the run. Those games are why his saber has become one of the most requested modern designs.
Cal carries a rugged, workshop-built hilt that can split into two sabers or join as a staff. Our Cal range recreates that adaptable design, machined from aircraft-grade aluminium and assembled by hand.
His blade is usually blue, though the games let players choose almost any colour. Our Cal sabers ship blue as standard, and most boards let you switch colour on demand. Our saber wiki covers what each blade colour signifies.
For fans of the games, this hilt is the one to own. Whether you duel or display, browse the range above and see each product page for full specifications.
The short version, so you can pick the right Cal Kestis saber. Full specifications are on each product page.
