From Steel to Showpiece
A replica sword is only as good as what it is made from and how it is put together. Every blade we sell is hand-assembled and inspected before dispatch — full-length tangs, tight fittings, and a finish meant to be looked at closely.
What the blades are made of
Most collector swords are forged in carbon steel or high-grade stainless. Carbon steel takes and holds a proper edge and has the weight and balance of a working sword; stainless resists corrosion and suits display pieces that will live on a wall or stand.
Tang and construction
The tang — the part of the blade that runs into the handle — decides whether a sword is a solid piece or an accident waiting to happen. Display-grade replicas use a rat-tail or partial tang; battle-ready blades run full tang. Each product page states which you are getting.

Caring for Your Blade
Keep it dry
Wipe the blade down after handling — fingerprints hold moisture and moisture is what starts rust. A soft cloth after each session is all it takes.
Oil carbon steel
A thin coat of mineral or sword oil every few weeks keeps a carbon blade bright. Stainless needs far less, but a wipe never hurts.
Display it properly
A wall mount or stand keeps the blade off surfaces and out of scabbards long-term — leather scabbards trap moisture against steel.
