Brutal, weathered, unmistakable. Our Darth Malgus lightsaber recreates the battle-scarred hilt of the Old Republic’s most feared Sith Warrior, machined from aircraft-grade aluminium and assembled in our Lincolnshire workshop. Free UK delivery, no import fees, 12-month warranty.
Darth Malgus’s lightsaber has a red blade and a heavily weathered hilt — a weapon that looks like it has been used, not displayed. Where most Sith hilts are polished, Malgus’s is scarred, blunt and built for force. Assembled and tested in our Caistor workshop.
Assembled and put through a 14-point quality check before dispatch.

Darth Malgus is the Sith Warrior of the Old Republic era — a brute in a lineage of schemers. He is remembered for leading the Sacking of Coruscant, and for a personal history far darker than his rank suggests.
Malgus carries a blunt, heavy, battle-worn hilt. Where Dooku’s saber is elegant and Vader’s is precise, Malgus’s is a weapon of raw force — scored, scratched and weathered from use. Our replica recreates that finish, machined from aircraft-grade aluminium.
His blade burns Sith red. Our Malgus saber ships with a red blade as standard, and most boards let you change colour on demand. Our saber wiki covers what each blade colour signifies.
The Old Republic era is under-represented in most collections, and Malgus is its most iconic Sith. The weathered finish gives it a presence on a stand that a factory-fresh hilt cannot match. Check the product page above for full specifics.
