Return and Refunds
As all items are custom-built to your specifications, we do not accept returns unless:

The Lightsaber/Sword is damaged on arrival ( We will offer a replacement, repair or exchange )

The item received is significantly different from what was ordered (You received the wrong lightsaber/sword )
In such cases, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs and a description of the issue.
We reserve the right to offer a repair, a partial refund, or a full replacement, depending on the situation. We do not offer full refunds on custom-made, made-to-order products like our lightsabers or swords.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
For non-made-to-order items. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. You’ll be automatically refunded if approved using your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Our return period is 30 days on all unused and unopened products.
For made-to-order items such as Lightsabers and Swords:
Due to the 'made to order' nature of our products, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund, repair or replacement at our own discretion per the Consumer Act 2015. We do not accept full refund requests
Damages and issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Packaging Damage:
Packaging may, on rare occasions, arrive damaged. This can happen during transport when the product presses into the packaging. This does not affect the product in any way. If requested, we can send out new packaging.
Missing or Delivered to Safe spaces/Lockers:
If you choose to have your parcel delivered to a safe place or locker, this is done at your own risk. Any parcels reported missing after being delivered to a location other than the original delivery address will be the responsibility of the customer. We hold no liability in this instance.
We are happy to assist you in submitting a claim; however, refunds will not be issued in these cases. A replacement can be arranged once the investigation is complete and the parcel has been officially confirmed as lost. Please note that this process may take up to 2–3 weeks.
Faults
All our lightsabers come with a 1-year warranty against Faults. If your lightsaber has developed an issue, please email our support team at Jedimaster@replicasabers.co.uk. And we will be more than happy to try to resolve your issue. If the issue is unresolved, you can return your lightsaber for a repair/replacement.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Jedimaster@replicasabers.co.uk. These times are subject to a normal refund process. If a chargeback is first actioned before a refund, then chargeback times will apply. Please see our chargeback policy below.
Cancellation fee
We understand that circumstances may change. You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it by contacting us via email at Jedimaster@replicasabers.co.u.k After this period, your order will have entered the production queue. At that point, any cancellation will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee, deducted from the total paid. This fee covers material allocation, scheduling, and administrative costs incurred.
Chargebacks
We are committed to providing clear communication and timely updates throughout the order and build process. If you experience any issues with your order, we kindly ask that you contact us first so we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Initiating a chargeback without prior contact may delay resolution and could result in your order being paused or cancelled while the matter is under review.
Please note that by completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Return & Refund Policy. A link to this policy is provided at checkout and included within your order confirmation email.
In the event of a chargeback, we will submit all relevant documentation to the issuing bank or payment provider (such as Visa or other card issuers) to support our response. This may include order confirmations, agreed terms, communications, and proof of fulfilment.
Where there is evidence of misuse of the chargeback process (for example, disputing a valid transaction without reasonable grounds), we reserve the right to take appropriate action. This may include restricting future purchases and sharing relevant transaction details with payment processors and fraud prevention services, in line with applicable data protection laws.
Due to the made-to-order nature of many of our products, remedies will be provided in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where applicable, we may offer repair, replacement, or a partial refund depending on the circumstances. This does not affect your statutory rights.
