Return and Refunds
As all items are custom-built to your specifications, we do not accept returns unless:

The item is damaged on arrival

The item received is significantly different from what was ordered
In such cases, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs and a description of the issue. We reserve the right to offer a repair, partial refund, or full replacement depending on the situation.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Faults
All our lightsabers come with a 1-year warranty against Faults. If your lightsaber has developed an issue, please email our support team at Jedimaster@replicasabers.co.uk. And we will be more than happy to try to resolve your issue. If the issue is unresolved, you can return your lightsaber for a repair/replacement.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
For non-made-to-order items. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded if approved using your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Jedimaster@replicasabers.co.uk These times are subject to a normal refund process. If a chargeback is first actioned before a refund, then chargeback times will apply. Please see our chargeback policy below.
Cancellation fee
We understand that circumstances may change. You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it by contacting us via email at Jedimaster@replicasabers.co.uk After this period, your order will have entered the production queue. At that point, any cancellation will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee, deducted from the total paid. This fee covers material allocation, scheduling, and administrative costs incurred.
Chargebacks
We strive to communicate clearly and update all customers during the build process. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may be considered an act of bad faith and may result in your details being shared with fraud prevention networks. We will pause or cancel your order during the chargeback process. Please note: By completing your purchase, you confirm you have read and accepted this Return & Refund Policy. A link to this policy is provided at checkout, and your confirmation email will also include a copy.
