To ensure your order arrives safely, please adhere to the following protocols:

Safe Spaces: We are not responsible for loss or theft if you request a "Safe Place" delivery with the courier. Once the courier confirms delivery to your specified location, risk passes to the buyer.
Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is 100% correct at checkout. Redelivery fees apply for undeliverable parcels.
Claims for Non-Delivery: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, you must contact us within 48 hours. This allows us to open a 3–5 day investigation with the courier.
