Terms & Conditions
The terms on which we sell to you. Written to be read, not to be skipped.
Nothing in these terms removes or limits your statutory rights. If any term here conflicts with UK consumer law, the law wins and that term does not apply.
1. Who We Are
Replica Sabers is a trading name operating from 4 Mill Grange, Caistor, Lincolnshire, LN7 6JG, United Kingdom. You can contact us at jedimaster@replicasabers.co.uk or on WhatsApp at 07405 724216.
We are an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by Disney, Lucasfilm, Middle-earth Enterprises, HBO, George R.R. Martin, United Cutlery, Valyrian Steel, or any other rights holder. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
2. Our Contract With You
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot accept your order — because an item is unavailable, because of a pricing error, or because we cannot verify your age for a restricted item — we will tell you and refund you in full.
3. Pricing
- All prices include UK VAT where applicable.
- For the UK and most major regions, we cover import duties and customs charges. Exceptions apply in some countries (including Germany, Poland and Turkey) — see our shipping page.
- UK delivery is free on lightsabers and swords. A £4.50 fee applies to standalone accessory orders.
- If we discover a genuine pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you with the correct price and you may cancel for a full refund.
4. Build Time & Delivery
Our sabers and swords are assembled to order. Build time is typically 5–11 days, followed by 2–5 business days for UK delivery or 7–14 for international.
These are estimates, given in good faith. If we are going to miss them significantly, we will tell you. If delivery has not happened within 30 days of the contract and we have not agreed otherwise with you, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

5. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
You have a 14-day statutory right to cancel, a 30-day right to reject faulty goods, and a 60-day goodwill return window on unused, unopened items.
A 20% production fee may be deducted where you cancel after we have begun building your order, reflecting genuine unrecoverable costs. This does not apply to unopened, unused items returned within the 14-day cancellation window.

6. Warranty
Every lightsaber and sword carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing and electronic faults, handled at our Caistor workshop.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorised modification, or normal wear. It sits alongside — and does not replace — your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Use of Our Products
Our sabers and swords are props and collectors' items. By buying from us you accept that:
- Duelling carries a genuine risk of injury. Eye protection should be worn.
- You will not use our products to threaten, intimidate or harm any person.
- You will comply with the law on carrying bladed articles in public. See our age verification page.
- You are responsible for supervising any use by children.
We are not liable for injury or damage arising from misuse, from duelling, or from use contrary to the guidance we provide.
8. Age Restrictions
You must be 18 or over to purchase a replica sword or other bladed item. Age is verified at delivery. See our age verification policy in full.
9. Our Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order is limited to the price you paid for the goods.
We are not liable for business losses. Our products are supplied for domestic and private use, and if you use them for any commercial purpose we have no liability for loss of profit, loss of business, or business interruption.
10. Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control — including supplier failure, courier disruption, extreme weather, or component shortages. If such an event occurs we will contact you as soon as possible and you may cancel for a full refund.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, photographs, guides and design — is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written permission.
Our products are replicas inspired by characters and designs from popular culture. They are not officially licensed merchandise and are not sold as such.
12. Chargebacks
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first. We will almost always resolve it faster than a bank can.
Raising a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and can cause your order to be paused while the dispute is reviewed. Our full chargeback position is in the returns policy.
13. Complaints
If you are unhappy, tell us: jedimaster@replicasabers.co.uk. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 14 days.
If we cannot resolve it between us, you may seek free independent advice from Citizens Advice.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. We keep the “last updated” date at the top of this page current.
